Your order number and the phone number you gave us. The tracking link is in your shipping email too — no account needed, and most people who buy here never make one.

Live lookup is not switched on yet. Signing in shows every order and its tracking, and the same link is in your shipping email either way.

The link is in your email

When your parcel leaves our Casablanca warehouse you get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link in it. That link is the live one — it updates as the courier scans the parcel, and it is the same information we can see.

Cash on delivery orders are confirmed by phone before they ship, so an unanswered call is the most common reason a parcel has not moved. Casablanca and Rabat are usually next day if you order before 16:00; the rest of Morocco is two to four working days.
