These terms govern your use of arinbeauty.com and every order placed on it. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.
Who you are buying from
ARIN is a curated marketplace for beauty made in Morocco. The houses whose names appear on the products supply them to us; ARIN lists, sells, stores and ships them. Your contract of sale is with Arin Beauty, not with the house. One seller, one invoice, one place to bring a complaint.
Using the site
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order. You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, to copy it at scale, or to resell what you buy as new without our agreement.
You are responsible for what happens through your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Products and how we describe them
We describe every product as accurately as we can — ingredients, size, origin and use. Colours on a screen are never exact, and natural ingredients vary in shade and scent from batch to batch. That variation is not a defect.
Nothing on ARIN is medical advice, and cosmetics are not medicines. Read the ingredient list, patch-test anything new, and speak to a doctor or pharmacist if you have a skin condition or an allergy, or if you are pregnant.
We publish what the houses tell us and what our own ARIN Standard checks confirm. Where a claim belongs to the brand rather than to us, we say so.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Moroccan dirhams and include any tax due. Delivery is charged separately and shown to you before you confirm.
Prices change from time to time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it. If a price or a product detail is obviously wrong — a decimal point in the wrong place, say — we may cancel the order rather than fulfil it, and we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
We accept cash on delivery, and cards through Payzone with 3D Secure. We never see or store your card details.
Orders
An order you place is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, not when you click. Until then we may decline an order — if stock has run out, if we cannot deliver to the address, or if we have reason to think the order is fraudulent.
We may telephone to confirm a cash-on-delivery order before sending it. If we cannot reach you, we may hold or cancel it.
Delivery
We deliver within Morocco only. Orders to Casablanca placed before 14:00 leave the same day; everywhere else in Morocco arrives within 48 hours. Delivery is 40 MAD, and free on orders over 600 MAD. These are the times we work to, not a guarantee — weather, strikes and public holidays happen.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
You have seven days from delivery to change your mind about an unopened item, and we handle faults at our own cost. Our Refund and Return Policy sets out the detail and forms part of these terms.
Reviews and anything else you post
If you write a review or send us a photograph, it stays yours; you give ARIN permission to show it on the site and in our own marketing. Do not post anything untrue, abusive, or that belongs to someone else. We may remove content, and we do not publish reviews we cannot tie to a real order.
Our content
The ARIN name, wordmark, site design, photography and written content belong to Arin Beauty or to the houses that supplied them. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission. Photography supplied by a house remains that house's property.
Where our responsibility ends
We stand behind what we sell. We are responsible for delivering products that match their description and are fit to use, and for refunding you when they are not.
We are not responsible for a reaction to a product you were advised to patch-test, for use contrary to the instructions, for loss of profit or business, or for delay caused by events outside our control — including transport failures, strikes, extreme weather and the acts of public authorities.
Nothing here limits liability that Moroccan law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top says when we last changed them.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute we cannot settle between us goes to the competent courts of Casablanca. Nothing in this clause takes away the rights Moroccan consumer law gives you.
